1 % Rebate Program:

EXISTING HOMES: We rebate to you up to 1/3 of our commission which is paid by the seller, i.e. up to 1% of the purchase price. For example, on a $200,000 home, you get up to $2,000 back at closing. If the selling commission is less than 3% the rebate will be prorated accordingly.

  

Easy Steps to Your
Cash Rebate:

• Use the following tools: MLS Search to search for homes in San Antonio and surrounding areas. However we recommend our free House Hunting Service.

• Check out curb appeal of selected homes.

• Call (210) 782-8025 to view the inside of your selection.

• When you find a home you wish to put an offer on we do a COMPARITIVE MARKET ANALYSIS (CMA) to assist in making an informed offer. After negotiating the contract we follow through arranging a Home Inspection, Appraisal, Title Insurance, Loan etc. The rebate is paid at closing OR within 14 days of closing and can go towards closing costs etc.
